This training programme ensures our Service Technicians
- Are fully competent with relevant product types and models
- Comply with internal processes and procedures
- Have a training matrix used to identify core skills, abilities and training needs
Servicing Training for Customers
To support customers who have technical resources, LifeCare Living Service are able to offer Technical training on their products with supportive technical resources.
Training can be carried out at our purpose-built training facilities in UAE, in one of our service centres, or on customer site. We provide different training levels dependent on the requirements, to cover full servicing and diagnostics or support a collaborative solution i.e. first line maintenance only. It is completed in sessions to ensure individuals have hands on training, experience diagnosing faults and use of software.
All training includes all supporting documentation and a certificate of attendance.
