Having a LifeCare Living employed and competent service team ensures that we deliver the highest quality service ensuring we can support customer requirements associated with maximising equipment uptime, providing quick and accurate fault diagnosis, fixing problems first time, reducing costs, providing recommendations to reduce fault occurrences and importantly, meeting compliance requirements, reducing risk for carers and equipment users.
Spare Parts Stockholding
To support a streamlined repair process, including first fix KPI’s, LifeCare Living Service hold over £1 million of key spare parts in stock, across service centres and our Head Office in Halifax. For peace of mind we provide a 12 months warranty on repairs and parts.

All our Service Technicians are equipped with the resources and tools they need to fully support all products covered, both DDH and other equipment manufacturers.

Our service division operates 24/7 to support customer requirements both in and out of hours, with guaranteed response times backed up by 24/7 customer service and technical support. Our aim is always to minimise equipment downtime and reduce disruption for the patient and carer.

Our service centre processes are embedded within LifeCare Living Service’s established quality standards to ISO 9001 levels and to environmental standard ISO 14001. Medical device electrical safety testing compliant to IEC 62353 is also available.
