• Side Rails

  The integral side rails for the Inspiration 2 Cot are telescopic, drop-down rails with 6 adjustable height positions (8 - 71.5cm above the mattress platform) for maximum occupant safety and patient accessibility. The design ensures they cannot be accidentally lowered or operated by the infant.

  Side Rail Heights (Above mattress platform): Position 1: 71.5cm, Position 2: 59cm, Position 3: 46.5cm, Position 4: 34cm, Position 5: 21.5cm, Position 6: 8cm

• Head and Foot Ends

  The transparent head and foot ends are easily removable for 360° access to the patient when side rails are lowered. Bunny and butterfly design, pastel colors, and access for IV lines enhance the cot's functionality and aesthetic.

• Castors and Brakes

  The cot features 12cm anti-static castors, color-coded linked brake bar pedals with 3 positions (brake, free, steer) for easy maneuverability.

• Drop Down Shelf

  A useful drop-down shelf at the foot end, foldable when not required, offers a safe working load of 30kg. It accommodates dynamic pumps, ensuring accessibility and safety. Slots in the shelf provide convenient locations for the handset when not in use or stored.

• Optimum Safety

  The Inspiration 2 Cot handset controls height and head/foot tilt functions, automatically locking after 30 seconds of inactivity to prevent unintentional or unauthorized use. A self-locking handset box ensures secure storage without additional keys/fobs.

• Emergency CPR Function (Available on 9005 model only)

  The mattress platform can be leveled quickly in an emergency situation by pulling the red CPR handles on either side of the foot end of the cot.

• Additional Features

  Protective buffers on each corner of the cot, two accessory sockets at the head end for IV poles or oxygen cylinder carriers, and a choice of static or dynamic mattress systems enhance the cot's functionality.
